Luxury real estate developer Wilma Sierra Blanca has presented the exclusive commercial launch of the second phase of The View Marbella to over 200 real estate agencies and professionals. These new 58 homes, with an investment reaching 60 million euros, represent the consolidation of a project that has emerged as a new concept of luxury on the Costa del Sol.

The development of The View Marbella began in 2020, generating significant anticipation due to its innovative design and its ability to adapt to the demands of an international clientele who were seeking homes with more open spaces, recreational areas for sports, leisure zones, spaces for improving health, and a more sustainable development.

The project harmoniously merges these aspects, redefining the standards of upscale living in this sought-after region.

The project has managed to generate significant interest among clients due to its timeless design, featuring homes with curved and circular forms that provide panoramic views of over 300° accross the entire Costa del Sol area. The plot of land on which the project stands spans approximately 50,000 square meters and is located in the exceptional La Alborada area of Benahavís, surrounded by nature overlooking the Golf Valley. Attendees at the presentation event had the opportunity to take a tour of the Spa and Health Club area that will be enjoyed by clients investing in this second phase of The View Marbella.The centerpiece of the Spa area is the 25-meter indoor pool, allowing residents to enjoy year-round swimming in a climate-controlled environment. Adjacent to the pool is a well-equipped gym area with a designated space for children, ensuring that residents can stay active while their little ones are supervised and entertained.

Appointments can now be arranged for clients to visit the development and discover the details of the homes included in this new phase. Rodríguez emphasized that this approach allows for more personalized and direct interaction with the international clientele, primarily from Northern Europe, who have shown keen interest in The View Marbella apartments.

Construction of the second phase is scheduled to begin next spring. Pedro Antonio Rodríguez also reminded real estate agents that a limited number of homes from the first phase are still available, including one of the largest penthouses boasting an exceptional location within the prestigious urbanization.

The first phase of this development, whose construction has already been completed, has achieved an A energy rating. This impressive feat is attributed to the implementation of an industrialized construction system known as Sismo Building Technology Spain, as well as the incorporation of solutions such as energy-efficient exterior carpentry, solar panels, and aerothermal installations in the homes. These eco-friendly features and practices have garnered significant praise from the international clientele.
