The luxury housing developer Wilma Sierra Blanca has presented the latest development of The View Marbella: the 2nd phase of the complex, which will consist of a total of 58 homes and will represent the consolidation of a project at the forefront of luxury and sustainability, with an investment of more than 68 million euros.
This second phase of The View Marbella, with construction scheduled to begin in April of this year, features new types of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, such as 2 and 3-bedroom ground floor properties now with their own private swimming pool. Sales prices start at 849,000 euros and range up to 3 million euros.

Five-star communal areas
The complex offers spectacular communal areas with spaces for outdoor sports, yoga, golf, an open-air gymnasium, a business centre, and saltwater swimming pools, among other services. Furthermore, the spa area is equipped with a 25-metre heated indoor pool, a large Jacuzzi pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, and offers 5-star spa services. Completing all of this is a gym that includes a children’s play area, enabling parents to exercise while still keeping an eye on their children as they enjoy themselves.
This area gives access to a spacious terrace offering stunning views of the sea and the golf valley, which residents can use for relaxing, strolling or sunbathing. Large gardens on different levels and three outdoor swimming pools complete the already operational communal areas. These areas are completely enclosed from the outside and have 24-hour security as well as a video surveillance system.

The developer has once again opted for the Sismo Building Technology Spain industrialised construction system, which, among other benefits, offers high energy efficiency and high resistance to seismic movements and fire. The Sismo Spain system consists of a continuous monolithic concrete configuration, which prevents fire from spreading horizontally or vertically, making it highly resistant. This fire resistance characteristic is guaranteed by the European Technical Approval Certificate (DITE 01/0001).
